When the receiver "saves" the message from the envelope a connection between the indirect message about the receivers responsibility over life saving training as a decision maker and the direct message that the Swedish Life Saving Society wants to deliver is established. Hopefully the receiver understands that the responsibility over the students doesn't end when the bell rings and they decide to take the swimming education seriously and educate their employees and themselves.
